Privacybeleid

Relata zet een gesprek op je eigen iPhone, iPad of Mac om in tekst. Er is geen account en Relata heeft geen server. Er wordt niets gemeten of gevolgd.

Wie wij zijn

Relata wordt gemaakt door Afiant Commerce B.V. (KvK 61946281). Vragen over dit beleid kun je stellen via support@relatavoice.com.

Welke gegevens Relata verwerkt

Geluid

De microfoon gaat alleen aan als je een gesprek start. Op de Mac kan Relata ook het geluid van een call horen; macOS noemt dat schermopname. Het beeld wordt niet ontvangen en niet bewaard. Het geluid wordt omgezet in tekst en daarna niet opgeslagen.

Tekst

De tekst van je gesprekken, de samenvattingen, de afspraken en je woordenlijst staan alleen in de app op je toestel. Ze gaan mee in je eigen backup van het toestel, zoals bij andere apps. Wij ontvangen ze niet.

Opnames die je deelt

Een opname of video die je vanuit een andere app naar Relata deelt, wacht in Relata tot je de app opent. Zodra hij in tekst is omgezet, wordt het geluid gewist.

Spraakherkenning en samenvattingen

De spraakherkenning komt van Apple en werkt op je toestel. De eerste keer dat je een taal gebruikt, downloadt het toestel het spraakpakket van Apple; daarbij wordt geen gesprek verstuurd. De samenvattingen en afspraken in Pro maakt Apple Intelligence, ook op je toestel.

Aankopen

Pro koop je via je Apple-account. De betaling loopt via Apple; Relata ziet je betaalgegevens niet. Apple laat de app alleen weten of Pro actief is.

Wat Relata niet doet

Je gegevens beheren

Je kunt elk gesprek in de app exporteren of verwijderen. Verwijder je de app, dan verdwijnen ook alle gesprekken van het toestel. Omdat wij geen gegevens van je hebben, kunnen we ze ook niet inzien, wijzigen of verwijderen; dat doe je zelf in de app.

Gesprekken opnemen

Vertel de mensen met wie je praat dat je meeschrijft. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het gebruik van de tekst.

Wijzigingen

Als dit beleid verandert, staat de nieuwe versie op deze pagina met een nieuwe datum.

Privacy Policy

Relata turns a conversation into text on your own iPhone, iPad or Mac. There is no account and Relata has no server. Nothing is measured or tracked.

What data Relata handles

Audio

The microphone only turns on when you start a conversation. On the Mac, Relata can also hear the sound of a call; macOS calls this screen recording. The picture is neither received nor kept. The audio is turned into text and then not stored.

Text

The text of your conversations, the summaries, the agreements and your word list stay in the app on your device. They are included in your own device backup, as with other apps. We never receive them.

Recordings you share

A recording or video you share to Relata from another app waits in Relata until you open the app. As soon as it has been turned into text, the audio is deleted.

Speech recognition and summaries

The speech recognition comes from Apple and runs on your device. The first time you use a language, the device downloads Apple's speech model for it; no conversation is sent. The summaries and agreements in Pro are made by Apple Intelligence, also on your device.

Purchases

You buy Pro through your Apple Account. Payment is handled by Apple; Relata never sees your payment details. Apple only tells the app whether Pro is active.

What Relata does not do

Managing your data

You can export or delete any conversation in the app. If you delete the app, all conversations are removed from the device. Because we hold no data about you, we cannot view, change or delete it; you do that yourself in the app.

Recording conversations

Let the people you talk with know that you are taking notes. You are responsible for how you use the text.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
